About Nepfa

Why we built a brand-first partner hub

Nepfa is a marketplace for verified brands and authorized sellers — not a catalog of untraceable generic goods. Partnering with us means authentic products, nationwide fulfillment, careful handling of customer addresses, and a real response when a buyer has a problem.

Nepfa Group Private Limited operates Nepfa, a brand-first multi-vendor ecommerce marketplace serving customers and verified sellers across Nepal.

Authentic brands only

Brand owners, authorized distributors, official importers. KYC before you go live.

Nationwide delivery

Pack, hand off, and track through Nepal Can Move — not valley-only logistics.

Secure customer addresses

Addresses exist so you can ship. They are not a marketing list.

Customer concern

Returns, tickets, and order issues stay visible. We expect you to close them.

We did not start Nepfa to become another place that sells whatever arrives in a carton. Nepal already has enough of that. We are focusing on branded, authentic products — the kind a customer can recognize, and that you can legally represent.

If you are an official distributor or a brand owner, this hub is for you. If the catalog is generic, unlicensed, or impossible to stand behind, it does not belong here.

Customers will judge us together: did the product show up, was it real, and did anyone care when it was not. That is the bar.

The partner portal should feel like operations software, not a brochure. Orders, stock, payouts, and shipment labels have to match what the customer sees.

We designed addresses and contacts for fulfillment: the courier needs a reachable location; we do not treat that as open data. Payments settle to your bank. Commission is visible so you are not guessing what you will receive.

Nationwide delivery depends on this stack staying honest when something fails. If the system hides that, customers lose trust — and so do you.
